BOGE Connect, for Compressed Air Systems 

BOGE connect paves the way for intelligent compressed air management. Industry 4.0 has launched, and it is positively impacting the maintenance of all compressed air systems, not just BOGE’s.

What to expect from BOGE Connect 

As a fully remote system, there are: 

• Browser-supported commissioning, as easy as scanning the QR code on your new BOGE compressor 

• Mobile monitoring 

• Seamless monitoring on a map view with several different viewing settings 

• Experience flexible service due to real-time data and the ability to plan maintenance tasks immediately 

• Continuous planning with non-stop monitoring 

• Digital documentation 

• Optional BOGE connect gateway 

• Simple upgrading if you don’t already have BOGE compressors, or you have an older BOGE model 

How it works 

Scan the QR code on your device, and the relevant data will automatically load. 

The system will automatically send out a notification to a service technician before maintenance is even required.  

They are then able to order any spare parts required and make an appointment. 

This is because BOGE connect identifies if your compressed air system has a fault or irregularity automatically. As all device data is documented practically in real time, the slightest indication of a developing issue can kickstart a service technician to investigate and start working on a solution without delay. With all the data to hand, the technician often does not even need to make an on-site visit. 

Optimised planning 

Logging all compressor details onto Connect means services and maintenance can be organised easily. Regular maintenance helps reduce the risk of downtime. 

Seamless reporting 

Real-time data that is understood. BOGE connect digitally connects all running time data and compressor metrics to formulate easy-to-interpret reports. 

Predictive maintenance

Compatible with smart devices and services, the BOGE connect software can identify possible component damage and alert Air Supply Manchester if a response is required. Whether that be an emergency maintenance visit, or to service the compressor sooner than planned. 

Even if you don’t have a BOGE air compressor, compressors made by other manufacturers can be connected via the gateway. All types of machines, old and new, can be connected.
